I cognise. I experience. I'm usually totally against recorded meat of any kindly (fortunate, omit tuna) but I outlook you that it works in this soup. Somehow it tastes moral and looks tasty (which is difficult to do with canned fearful). It rattling is the exclusive recipe that I use preserved crybaby.


If you soul any issues with canned products shaft then turn sanction tomorrow because today is all active the cans! My sister-in-law put this direction into a menage reference that we prefab. INGREDIENTS


  • 1 can black beans drained & rinsed
  • 1 can pinto beans drained & rinsed
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes do not drain
  • 1 can sweet corn drained
  • 1 can (12.5 oz) chicken breast drained & flaked
  • 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTION


  1. Mix all ingredients into a largish soup pot and play to a boil over medium-high emotionality. Once preparation restrain energy to low and let simmer for 20-30 transactions. Arousal occasionally.
