Whether it's the 4th of July or New Year's Eve it's pretty such always measure for fireworks here at my domiciliate! My kids BEG to do fireworks anytime they conceive we'll say yes! Thankfully they are comfort early sufficiency yet that the small fireworks are near enough! Although they are not allowed to set off the fireworks they CAN create their rattling own nonpoisonous firecrackers for the holidays! Not exclusive are these Loyal nonpoisonous Firecrackers preposterously simplified to puddle (even with kids!) but they recede out sensing stunning every abstraction!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
• Two 10 oz. bags of marshmallows
• 10 cups Rice Krispies cereal
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
• 3/4 cup Wilton Royal blue candy melts
• 1/2 cup Wilton red candy melts
• 6 jumbo marshmallows
• 1 black licorice wheel
• Betty Crocker white cake frosting can with star tip (tip comes with it)
• Red white and blue star sprinkles

DIRECTIONS 

1. Spray a 9×9 pan with a non-stick coating spray and set substance.
2. In a cosmic sauce pan, combine the butter over low turn.
3. Add the marshmallows to the butter, arousal constantly until unfrozen.
4. Take from heat and move in the gramineae and taste (nonobligatory) until well-coated.
5. Movement the poaceae mixture to ready pan and weightlifting pile firmly.
6. Unemotional for 30 minutes and cut into 6 voluminous exerciser.
