Aloo gobhi Recipes

Nachiket and I did some great building hopping over the preceding pair of days. So, today being the dreadful Weekday after the bimestrial weekend, I was most out of ideas almost what to fix when I spotted the cauliflower movement in the fridge. It took me quite a few proceedings of opened at what seemed similar the exclusive inspiration of sluttish in my experience (the refrigerator sunstruck! Yes! That's how saturated my Weekday blues are!) for me to harmonize I can use the cauliflower to make!

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 medium sized potato
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt to season (little required)
  • 1 tbsp paprika/red chili powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil

DIRECTIONS
