Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 small tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Removal the tomatoes and sliced into halves. Sky gently with the olive oil. Period with seasoning and peppercorn. Put the tomatoes on a hot cater, and top with Parmesan mallow. Bemock the tomatoes for nearly 15-20 minutes or until the Parmesan cheeseflower dissolved and the top is slightly suntanned.
  3. Take from the oven and mate now.
